This is a water soluble putty? Thanks

Yes it is acrylic based, and therefore water soluble which could be either good or bad depending on your desired application. It is easy to clean up and apply and acrylic paints will go on over it pretty well, but it won't hold up well to wet sanding (it beads up) or covering large areas - best used in small cracks and seams. I've used it on a number of models and haven't had any real negative experiences with it - as long as you know the limitations beforehand. As one user mentioned, it can have some positive applications by actually mixing it with water and using it as a caking medium to create dirt or mud.

does this putty sand well?

Yes, very well. Use fine grain sandpaper or stick. Works very well on aircraft fuselages.

Wenn man 3D-Drucke sauber mit glatter Oberfläche lackieren möchte, ist hiermit gut bedient, einfach auftragen, warten bis es trocken ist und anschleifen. Auch Lacke halten gut. Sowohl um die Drucklinien bei 3D Drucken zu entfernen als auch um Risse von geklebten Sachen auf zu füllen eignet es sich gut.
