This works people!It does take commitment- you want to listen to it at least once a day for 15-30 days to see noticeable change.But just listening to track 1 (30 minutes- anytime anywhere) will lift your mood.

I've been an Amazon customer for over 10 years. This is the first time I have written such a bad review. The background music is so strident and raucous that it defeats the whole purpose of the subliminal. Subliminals are supposed to be most effective when used while sleeping. This isn't possible with Kelly Howell's CDs. I am a military PTSD sufferer. I don't want my fellow veterans to be duped into using these. I've gone from 4-5 of sleep/night using OTHER subliminals with quiet foreground waves, wind and music to 8-10 hours/night. With Kelly Howell's I get woken up by the strident, raucous music about every 2 hours, thus precluding use during what should be their most effective time. I tried to call this company 3x. Each time the call was answered by some phony "survey", so you can't get through to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THERE'S PLENTY OF GOOD, REAL SUBLIMINALS AVAILABLE.

I did not receive the CD I ordered. Instead I received one I already had. Sorry no review. I ordered it because I previously had it and it was fabulous.

All of Kelly Howell's CD's are wonderful.

It seems that there are different versions of this CD. Mine comes in the green case and there are not verbal inductions in either trac. Also, the ISBN# 9781881451938, comes to a different product.

Yes, it is true, this is not a guided meditation CD which you would think be a tad odd because the CD is entitled, "Create Success" and everyone wants help creating success, don't they?And maybe that's the beauty of this CD. Maybe it is forcing the listener to decide for himself/herself what success is to them and having them meditate on those ideals for themselves?So before you even begin to slip on your headset to listen to this CD, take a half an hour and write down a few things that you think might bring you feelings of success. Is it finally releasing that excess weight? How about having a closer relationship with a loved one, does that make you feel successful? Or going the whole day without feeling worthless...or having a deeper connection with Spirit...or just laughing outloud? What makes you feel ultimately successful and then after a few minutes of pondering your list, put on the headphones, take in a few deep breaths, and let your mind focus on those ideas that make you feel successful, abundant, and wealthy.Success isn't just about being a high powered professional who makes six figures a year and driving a convertible Mercedes (although these things aren't to be sneered at, either)...success is learning to be happy with yourself, smiling from the inside out, of believing in yourself and in your dreams even though all appearances look to the contrary...When we decide what success is for us, we decide what our True destiny really is.Here's hoping you become the you that Life created you to be...
