Professional Dog and Pet Shower Kit

I was hesitant at first to go with this model because of the cost, but I am overall very happy with it and think it was worth the money.- Rinsing the dog is SO much faster than trying to use the shower, or pouring cups of water over him. It's great to be able to thoroughly rinse the shampoo off him in a quarter of the time it used to take.- This was super easy to install. Unscrew the shower head, attached the diverter, put the shower head back on.- Unlike a lot of other models I looked at, this one doesn't look or feel cheap. You get real metal parts that will hold up.- Does not leak. I love the shut off valve right on the sprayer. Keeps water waste to a minimum while you're shampooing the dog.- The hose is quite long to you can rinse the whole pooch without any trouble.Downsides:- Cost: You could probably put together a similar kit from a normal hardware store for cheaper but after way too many aching back experiences of trying to rinse the dog one plastic cup of water at a time, I was happy to just have Amazon ship this to me and be done with it.- The suction bracket they give you to mount the sprayer on your shower wall? It does not work. I've tried attaching it to the tile a million times, using the directions. That thing will absolutely not work. I think the suction piece is just too firm or something. We just ended up looping some of the hose over the shower head to shorten it, and now it just hangs down into the tub. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

We have gone through 2 different hand held dog showers, both plastic and both broke. This product is great so far-well worth the price. Using metal parts insteasd of plastic is a huge difference. The hose is long, flexible and stretches. It even came with a roll of nylon tape. My only complaint is that there were no instructions included in the package. It was easy enough to set up, but what I didn't realize was the "extra" connector with the shut off was to be connected between the handle and hose. I was upset that there was no shut off for the handle knowing there should have been-after looking at a picture of it online I realized what that "extra" piece was for.Overall, we are happy with it so far.

I can't say enough about this. The only complaint is that the "hanger" will NOT stay attached to our shower wall. It is a suction cup style and our walls are smooth as silk but it will only last a day or two and BAMB you hear it fall to the shower floor. We now just leave it lay which is rather annoying. We are looking at quality options to get it to hang. As far as the rest of it...it is wonderful! The length of hose is a bit longer than others we looked it which is exactly what we needed. Others would be great to wash the human but were advertised to wash pets. I don't know how others would have reached. This is the perfet length to use, especially in washing smaller breeds. It should last us many, many years (unless we keep letting it BANG to the floor) to come. Can't say enough good about it. The hose and nice a flexible. Nothing "cheap" about this except that hanger thing.

These things are known for their flimsy connectors and chrome plated plastic that splits and breaks. This kit is not the norm. The connectors are metal and the valve operates very well. Only drawback I have is that the shower head that comes with it doesn't allow for a very strong flow of water at all. I took my old hand held shower head from my previous Dog shower and screwed it onto this one and now it's great! Worth the buy.

The only thing proffessional is the hose and the main valve. Everything else is lower quality. Water is restricted too much by the sprayer. The sprayer is all plastic. The sprayer does not rinse easily, but soaker seems fine. I will be replacing the sprayer if I don't send it all back. The drain guard is see through in some places and wavy, so it does not stay in place and just floats away(throwing away).

Overall, better than any other hand held dog shower that I have purchased in the past. Some parts are still plastic:( When I turn the valve off for the hand held a light, but steady flow of water continues to flow. It still works fine. I just lay it in the tub. The drain catcher is useless to me (most shower/tub drains have a guard over the hole). Forget the fastening piece, that holds the head when not in use. It doesn't stick to anything. Was hoping for something a little better for the price. There is one bonus, none of the fittings leak:)

When you lather up an Old English Sheepdog and want a powerful spray to deep rinse off the soap this product just does not have the water pressure power. I have used the cheap plastic kind for years and they have better pressure than this expensive model. It's heavy when you drop it in the tub and slippery with wet soapy hands. Don't drop it on the dog or your foot because it will hurt. Bangs pretty hard when it hits the tub floor too, but didn't break. I do not understand...Why is it so difficult to make a sturdy well made sprayer that sprays as strong or even a little better than than the cheap plastic ones? I do like the attachment to the shower head. After cracking all those cheap plastic ones it is nice to have a nice heavy metal valve to turn it on and off. It just needs a better sprayer to go with it.

Seems to be well made except for the cut off that you push to stop the water. It goes on on the hose, at the head of the unit. When I push it to stop the water. It keeps leaking. Either out the head or at the push knob for the cut off. Other than that it's a nice product. The cut off in the picture shows a knob to turn but the one I got is a push pull type cut off. It leaks everywhere
