Sport Insoles - Medium

what i like about them is they dont flatten out after one or two wears. im not skinny, so often times inserts flatten out real quick. these are still holding their shape and its been a few months! i do switch shoes/ inserts, so im not wearing them every single day, but even though they are hard, they keep your feet going through the days you cant sit. i have really bad feet pain on the bottoms of both my feet and im usually moving furniture since im a caregiver and im redoing the house.i definatly recommend

The photo gives the impression the support is thicker and more supportive. The actual is more like like a $12 insert from your local drug store.

In a nutshell these actually work. Having "problem feet" & working as a postman are a combination in hell ! The last 3 years have been almost agonising after a days work & finding these insoles on amazon has eased the pain considerably. I gave these insoles a months trial before I left this review & I can state that 80-90% of the pain on the soles of my feet has gone. Dr foot's insoles are contoured with a hobbled heel that feels natural in cushioning the heel. The best 25 quid purchase I can recall for a long time. And NO expensive chiropodist fees ! Thank you DR FOOT.

When running, well jogging on a treadmil I was having problems with sore feet both heal and arch as well as a sore back this being after a very short distance and time.I found that these did the job and allowed me to run 5k and 10k without these issues. Well padded and offer good support I managed to put these in with the current insole however it was a snug fit.I used these for a few months before buying specific trainers put them in my work boots and feel the benefit at work now.

I've been using these insoles for years. I have tried lots of different ones but always come back to these. I use them for Plantar Fasciitis. The soles seem very hard, but don't let you put that off as they are amazing and so comfortable.

Got these for my Farther in law, he's happy with them & they turned up quite quickly as well. Result all round. q

Marvellous. corrected an inturning foot whilst running. Well worth the money!
