Own4 rods
I have the 9, 12, and 15 foot rods and have enjoyed using them for bluegill fishingMy only negative experience is that the 12 foot did not come with a spare tip but more importantly there is no source for purchasing one. After this was started I purchased the 24 foot rod. All 4 are well made. There may be a difference using the very expensive rods but I don’t know what it would be. These rods offer real value. I look forward to Amazon selling the tip sections separately

Crappie anyone?
I fish in lily pads for crappie and I like a good pole I can break down and store. This sure beats long poles hanging out that can snag anything.

#360 Broke. Update: Replacement pole works great. The first was a lemon.
UPDATE: The Replacement #360 pole works great. The first #360 pole snapped the first time a fish came on. I was very surprised as I have caught good-sized fish on the #300. I did notice that when I was gearing up the pole. that particular section did not slide into place as smoothly as the others. Perhaps it was just this particular pole. I am returning it for a replacement.

Tenkara rod
Does great! Perfect for camping trips or hiking where you can't take the big usual rod. I don't recommend using it where you'll catch fish bugger than 10-12 in. because they could break the rod.

Don't buy! Total garbage!!!
Cheap poorly made absolute trash!!! DO NOT spend your money on this... Go cut a branch from a tree it will be better than this completely half assed product.

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT T CATCH FISH
It is shinny and looks to be well made, BUT, it is flemisy, easily comes apart. You will spend more time trying to get this to stay together than fishing. Anything over 4 oz. will exceed its capacity. Buyer beware!!

This product is probably a decent quality product, thats if you know what the hell a tenkara rod is. When it arrived I was like, Where is the eyelets for the fishing rod? Thats probabaly because I am a bit ignorant of what a tenkara rod is. So heads up! This fishing rod is for people who know what a tenkara rod is but not for your average joe who expects to throw a reel on it and cast for fish. Those people should stay away!
