Delta

I adore this CD. I bought it only having heard the music sample here on amazon, and I'm quite glad I did. I love the pure clarity with which Delta sings and am simply entranced by it. The emotion that can be felt really makes you want to belt it out with her. The songs all fit (lyrics wise) very easily into the pop genre. It truly is Delta's voice, though, that sets this apart from the rest and makes it a must-buy. She's very real and, in this day in age with all the slick, studio-done things, it is refreshing.

Outstanding voice and musician!

Delta Goodrem is a beautiful girl with a beautiful voice. Her style is a pop-classic sound and has charming lyrics. On this CD, there are a couple of songs that I felt were really good (such as Break It To My Heart and In This Life) and the rest were either average or skip worthy. If you like Celine Dion you will probably like Delta. It was mostly to mild for me, but I still will go to it on my ipod and enjoy a few songs every now and again. One thing that is often misconceived about her Cds is that she is just pretty and therefor sells Cds. She is pretty, but her voice is high quality, well trained, crystal clear, and ranged. All-in-all, this is a solid CD. Hope this helps!

I bought this CD for my mother a while back. I remember that is was shipped quickly, was decently priced, and I had no issues such as damage or anything of the sort.Delta is a favorite in my home and my mom loves it :)

Loved Delta’s 3rd alumb!!!

This is an awesome CD. Unfortunately most Americans have not had exposure to this multi-talented artist. Highly recommended by me!

Delta Goodrem has never failed to amaze me.I absolutely loved "Innocent Eyes," "Mistaken Identity," and her latest release, "Child of the Universe." I am unable to pick my favourite, so they are all my favourites. Her 2007 release, "Delta," ultimately stands as my favourite, too. (I am, however, rather disappointed that "The Guardian" isn't on this version; I love that song. Plus, it would've been cool if the song "Take Me Home" had been included.)Like with all her other songs—all the way from her not-so known debut single "I Don't Care" to her latest offerings—I have found a connection with every song on this album.The highlights from this album, I have to say, are "Believe Again," "In This Life," "Possessionless," "Born To Try" (which had previously been included on her "Innocent Eyes" album, "Brave Face," "I Can't Break It To My Heart," and "Angels In the Room."1. Album che conferma la grande validità dell'artista, assolutamente entusiasmante sia per i testi che per gli arrangiamenti. Artisti così ne esistono pochi al mondo, e come sempre qui in italia non li sappiamo apprezzare a tal punto che le case discografiche non li distribuiscono, ma per fortuna internet ed Amazon aiutano la diffusione e conoscenza di chi merita.Spero che internet possa rimanere libera e a disposizione di chi vuole liberamente conoscere gli artisti. E che peste colga tutti coloro che ne ostacolano la diffusione.

Delta Goodrem does it for me every time. Sorry you meant the CD. Brilliant, some great tracks. This is now the third Album I have of hers. I don't know how many albums she has recorded but I will hopefully get all of them. The other two Albums I have are the original innocent eyes and mistaken identity. I'm glad I found the DELTA album as it has what is now my favourite song of hers, Believe Again. I first heard the song on you tube along with the video a few weeks ago. I also saw the ......... Believe Again, The Australia Tour,( full concert ), and wondered if that's available on DVD. I would be grateful if you could let me know. Also any Duran Duran purchases you may have. Thank you.

This album contains an interesting mix of musical styles, all performed by a lady with a wonderful voice. As I am mainly a Rock fan it would usually be the rockier songs that I refer to as highlights, but in this case some of the less-rocky songs have such wonderfully catchy tunes that I have picked them as well.Highlights for this listener were Believe Again, In This Life, God Laughs, You Will Only Break My Heart, Brave Face, I Can't Break It To My Heart, and Angels In The Room - a total of 7 highlights out of 12 songs. So why, you may be asking, have I given four stars instead of five? One reason - drum programming! These days, even electronic drums sound like the real thing, but programmed drums don't. As a drummer myself there were times when I found they distracted from the music.To finish on a high, there were times (especially in the chorus of Brave Face) when Delta's voice reminded me of Kelly Clarkson. Given how big a Kelly fan I am, Delta can definitely take that as a compliment. I look forward to hearing more of this wonderful singer.

Bought this for myself . Delta Goodrem , A new singer to me as I had not heard of her before .and I really enjoyed the C D and would recommend it . Delta has a really nice voice and I will definitely be looking at some of her other C D s for future purchasing .
