I have 2 Catnapper chairs and over a period of time, I've had to keep splicing the wires that would break on the wand. Finally, I couldn't fix them any more. The store where we bought the chairs quoted an exorbitant price for replacement wands so I did an Amazon search and found out that 5 pin wands were fairly universal and easy to replace. I ordered 2 of these 2 button wands for an extremely reasonable price. They arrived in 2 days, it took less than 5 minutes to replace the wands on both chairs. The cords are much better than the originals, my wife was surprised that her chairs worked flawlessly, I saved a lot of money and felt like a hero. Thank you very much.

I have a 15 year old Catnapper electric recliner. It suddenly stopped working. We tried everything and I realized that if I shook or banged my remote it worked for a minute. Bought this remote and it is is perfect. The price is great and I can recline again!!

It fit my 2013 Golden Technology Chair. Easy installation, just follow old remote wire to motor underneath chair and unplug old remote. Plug in new remote and you're good to go. It is important to pay attention to your plug configuration. There is a straight plug and a 90 degree plug. I bought the straight plug first and had to return it because it had 2 side protrusions on it and it did not fit. I then bought the 90 degree plug which was smooth and no side protrusions and it worked out great. Hope this helps.

My grandma's chair stopped working and she had some "Specialist" come and look at it and she was told it was her motor. I fooled around with her chair and was also convinced. She had a neighbor with a similar chair and the same controller. I borrowed the controller to test on the chair with a bad lift motor and and it worked perfectly. Went online to get a price for new controller and about choked on my chewing gum with how expensive they are.... Then I found this controller. Fit perfectly and works perfectly. Thank you for the great deal and for saving my grandma from being robbed and having to buy a new lift chair. Been in use for a couple months now, and it still works perfectly. I didn't post a review right away, just to make sure it wasn't an item that broke 2 weeks after purchase. And it's a sturdy and reliable controller. Great purchase. I was able to plug it in and I was all set! The unit was exactly like the original. I have purchased a package of VELCRO to keep the remote out of the way so it doesn’t get banged around- sat on or doing a “Swan Dive” onto my reading lamps metal base.

I could have fabricated a simpler and cheaper solution but I have to tell you when all was said and done it was well worth the added few dollars. It is pin for pin compatible with the linear actuator I am using and to boot it has a LED light to indicate power.

Product was straightforward to hook up and is easy to operate. It's a little larger than the original controller that came with the chair, but it works as expected.
