Finally can put fungicide on my large trees
Living in Houston requires a vigilant battle against plant disease and fungus. Reliant systemic fungicide recommended using Pentra-Bark for treating trees. It couldn't have been easier to apply, just mix per instructions and then spray the trunk, and so much cheaper than hiring someone to spray my trees.

Finally doing the trick for my weeping crab apple trees
I have two mature weeping crab apple trees in my front yard that are glorious in spring when healthy but have been afflicted with scale (fungus) since before I owned the house. This causes leaf drop to the point of almost denuding in the summer and poor/absent blooming in the spring. I've tried everything- professional monthly spraying, chemical and organic antifungals, fertilizer, etc. Garden Phos helped some but just kept them limping along, not improving. This year as the leaves dropped again I added Penta-Bark to the Garden Phos and have seen visible improvement and significantly less leaf drop. If wait more than 10-12 days between treatments I can see leaves starting to wilt again, but respray perks them up again. This was clearly the missing element for making the fungicide get where it needed to go. If yu are treating trees, don't waste your time- I'm talking years of failed treatments here-- and money using fungicide without it.

Seems to make the solution stick to the bark surface
Trying to save a red tip oak late husband planted. Haven't seen too much of an improvement in the fungus disease; but will keep trying it. Other posters highly recommend it. Might need multiple applications to work.

Helped failing beech tree!
A last and desperate attempt to treat an old, huge and beech tree in decline. Afterwards, Foliage looked great, die-back continues but tarry, black patches on trunk dried up. Would never do without it again for this important tree. Mixed wpth Agrifos and hopefully theis combo will add a few more years to its life
