These insoles seem well made and are probably good for your feet. Typically excellent Spenco quality. BUT, you'd better have a lot of room in your shoes because these insoles take up a lot of room, even with original insoles removed. I ordered 4 different types of insoles to try in my various shoes and this is the only pair I am having difficulty using in any of my shoes. That is to say, it looks like I will probably not be able to use them.

Got these for my dad's walking shoes. He goes walking in the woods with the dogs, sometimes for hours at a time.These seem to provide the most forefoot support among all the insoles I have been looking on this site. Still, my dad said he wishes the padding to the forefoot and toes was thicker and the heel less so.

They arrived fairly quickly. It takes a couple days of wear to get over the initial feeling. They definitely do provide relief if you're on your feet all day or walking all day. It would be nice if they were a bit thicker to provide more cushion. Good purchase overall, and recommended.

I’m wearing a used pair of steel boots that have nearly no cushioning on the inside. My feet were aching all day. Been wearing these inserts for 2 weeks and my feet are so thankful. No more achy feet. 👏
