Accurate and easy
I have used this twice and am extremely satisfied. #1 Easy to use, touch screen is simple to figure out. #2 Stainless steel probes are durable, my previous meat thermometer wore out the old plastic covered probe wires. #3 Accurate, Thanksgiving turkey was excellent! Highly recommend, am using it as oven meat thermometer

Great thermometer
I used this for Thanksgiving Day turkey. Worked great. Went to use it again a few weeks later it kept changing target temp. Very weird. I tried to reset it by removing the batteries, but that did not work. I contacted Pijio, they immediately responded and sent me a new one! It worked fine. Great customer service and product!!

Remember to set it to Alert so you know it is done or at the temp you need to start your sides.
This has changed my life! I cook turkey for occasional family dinners instead of just Thanksgiving because it comes out juicy and tender every time! Perfect roasts and tenderloins!I had to adjust my finish cook temp because I use stoneware and meat tends to continue cooking while resting.

worked for about an hour, then received errors on the screen
First times use the thermometer was with a turkey on Thanksgiving. It seemed to work ok for a while, then the screen showed no numbers and instead just black lines, so I switched the probes, same thing.Update. Tried to use again, the temp side just says HHH. Never changes. Going to have to return.

Excellent for BBQ grill
Cooked a turkey on the grill and it cooked perfectly. It took about 3.5 hours, and was tender. It was a butter ball turkey that had been frozen since last year. The extra probe that comes with it is a great asset in case one breaks. Very satisfied so far.

Great for turkey
Worked great for thanksgiving. We cooked our biggest turkey ever this year and used this thermometer. Turkey came out perfectly and I verified the temp with a second thermometer.
