Troy Lee Designs WS 5205 Wrist Support Black, L/Left

Riding after having broken my wrist was a bit sketchy, and this brace was definitely helpful to get me back on the trails. Good value for the money for sure. Comfortable, adjustable, not too cumbersome or in the way, and can wear with gloves no problem. I saw a few reviews that this was particularly small, and size Large is as big as it comes, which made me a bit nervous, but I don’t see why people would say that. I’m 6’-1” and stout and use xl or even xxl for most everything, and I didn’t have any problems with sizing on this brace at all. I mean, it’s supposed to be tight and fit snug right? I think that’s the point. Overall a good purchase that helped me get back to shredding the local trails!

This is a great brace! Fits well, sturdy enough to keep your wrist firm and relieve shock. Flexible enough to get some flex to the bars. I also use this now to play baseball. Really helps. I shattered my wrist in full, three pins and two screws. Full reconstruction. Surgeon said it would be a year or so before I could grip the bars. Back in about 5 months using this brace. TLD makes great gear!

It definitely helps support my wrist. Have carpal tunnel issues and it definitely helps! But the piece of fabric that goes between thumb and finger is not very comfortable. Needs some sort of padding.

Very comfortable for mountain biking. I where them for Moto cross. Just a little harder to twist the throttle but not a big deal.

Broke my wrist years ago and have limiter mobility. This gave me the support and limits the wrist from bending too far back. Compared to the more expensive wrist braces this is worth a try.

Used it about a dozen times on my MTB looking for relief from wrist pains caused by handlebar jamming. Decent support to prevent backwards over-flex of the wrist. Nothing to help with pounding on the front of the wrist/palm. I wear a padded Giro bike glove under it, which helps a little.Still undecided if this is better than the $16 stiffened brace I bought at Wally world.

I've taken a few tumbles with these on and my wrists came out unscathed. Pretty comfortable. I hardly know I am wearing them.

I was in a cycling accident and had to get surgery to fix my wrist. I bought these to protect my wrists in case of anything in the future. These are fairly comfortable and do not hamper my riding experience. I've recommended them to friends and would purchase them again if they get lost or damaged.
