Seems sturdy and well built, hope I never have to use it for real!
The instructions say its just for one time use but I think it's definitely a good idea to deploy the ladder and get familiar with it just in case! It's not particularly hard to use but you don't want to be doing it the first time in an emergency. I put it up and climbed up the ladder and then back down it. Was a bit nerve wracking but it felt sturdy. It did leave marks on the plasterboard inside the house under the windowsill but quite frankly who cares if I'm alive! Happy with this product

WE bought this in case of an emergency in our home. Not tested yet but we think it will be fine.

Very strong
Whatever you do, Don’t open this to test it. It’s been well packed in order that it’s ready for use. It looks strong and sturdy and was bought to enable quick access from our third floor. I trust this will be suitable if we ever need it

I think that if you live in a flat with the only way out of it if there is a fire. And you can't get to the stairs at least you can get out of windows in stead of jumping out of of it

Looks to be great
Looks to be great quality and sturdy. Tidies away nicely in the box and is kept by the bedroom window. Havent needed to use it (thankfully!), but looks to be well made.

It is a home must have in case if emergency. This product is easy to operate as I expected

Landlords - loft fire regulations are met by this!
It took a while to work out how to fix it to the fire escape loft window, and explain it to the lodger, but it conveniently fits under the bed ready for use. The instructions would be better in darker print for photocopying for tenants.
