Can you use this directly on to kitchen worktops, without diluting?

It's all depends of what yours worktops made of, if they are wood or not really sturdy enough it may stain them or permanently damage. Use gloves when you use it ,diluted or not . It's quite strong xxx

Can I use this on my bed and carpet?

I believe it's only for hard surfaces. It does say keep away from eyes and can be an irritant to so I definitely wouldn't use it on a bed.

Can this be used outdoors? I’m looking for something to neutralise the smell of dog urine in my garden thanks! x

Cant see why not but you would be better getting some dig ricks, that neutralises dog urine, or squirt of tomato sauce in dogs dinner

Can I spray this on handles etc and leave it? Or does it need wiping off?

It smells beautiful. You would have to wipe it. The product is delicious but the spray gun is rubbish
