I use these to make my own bath salts with essential oils. The container is the right size for making different scents as well as a quick gift. Soaking feet or body in this salt is relieving and relaxing. It also softens water if your area has hard water.

The main reason for buying this product was food grade Epson salt I could be consumed for digestion purposes. Main main drawback is the taste is ghastly. I am told capsules exist for this product. I may have to move to those as the taste cannot be enhanced even with lemon and sugar. It is the most bitter taste I have ever tasted.
