Incredibly pleased. A complete must for anyone with this condition. I am using this for physical therapy following a vestibulectomy and the difference in progress after switching to this (as opposed to just using one) is immense. Easy to clean, great assortment of sizes, easy to change and remove from handle, easy to grip, slippery surface, etc. The included information booklet was also very reassuring and had helpful information and guidance.I can't stress this enough: BUY IT. I am seeing more improvement in 1.5 weeks using all dilators each night than I saw in 3 months of trying to use a regular dildo to widen and relax the muscles. Starting on a smaller size that does not cause pain and moving up to a larger size is VITAL every time!
