Rectangular Bait Trap | Heavy-Duty Vinyl-Dipped Steel Mesh Trap | Available in Models Specific to Crawfish or Minnows

Just like old times

Haven't had the chance to try it out yet but it is certainly top quality

High quality, but you pay for what you get most of the time.

We have two fish ponds and we have a series of pond pumps for water filtration and water features. These pumps occasionally suck a leaf against their screen causing them to lose pumping efficiency. It's a PITA having to pull the pumps to clean off the screens. True pond pumps cages are ridiculously expensive. The dimensions of these crawfish traps seemed like they would hold one large and one small pump, so we decided to give them a try. I had to modify the incoming cone to shorten it, and I had to cut a circular hole to accommodate the larger pump's output port, but they worked out great. Now leaves and other debris attach to the trap, not the pumps. Quality construction: Coated mesh, two handles, spring loaded bait door. I have used minnow traps and crawfish traps in the past; this would be a great trap if used for that purpose.

Haven’t used yet water too high
