Nie wieder ohne.Ich habe wirklich sehr gute Erfahrungen mit den Pack‘s. Sie machen exakt was sie sollen und die Qualität dankt es. Auch wenn es schwer fällt macht es Sinn das Material mindestens 3 Monate mit den Pack‘s zu fermentieren. Geruch und Geschmack werden um Welten besser. Wirklich erstaunlich! Bei manchen Sorten auch absolut unerwartet aber immer super bis jetzt!
