Great supplement especially if you are diabetic or prediabetic and have problems with hypeloglycemia. Been taking this for awhile along with other supplements to help control blood sugar & inflammation. Seems to help improve some problems with hypoglycemia. If you are diabetic please check with your doctor before adding this product to your daily regimen. Dosage- 2 capsules daily. Smells great. Easy to swallow.

We love this product. Backs up our Metformin. My hubby was having slightly high readings with metformin but he added two of these per day and now his sugar readings are good.
