Tastes great!
Bought it to make real grenadine, but haven't gotten around to it. But I tasted it and I like it. More than that, I think it must have some nutrient I am not getting in my diet because just a few drops makes me feel better. And I am not sure what is responsible, but some change in my diet perhaps has allowed me to finally start losing weight after over a year trying but running in place. Could be something else. I have made other changes. But not many. The other possibilities: diet root beer. Steelhead trout rather than salmon (trying to save money), and 4 kinds of berries at breakfast. I don't think anything else has changed. Maybe my body has just stopped fighting me as a function of time. N of one does not mean much in science.

Delicious
Excellent! It's good on most anything like ramen noodles, chicken, ice cream or add it to drinks. Tangy and not very sweet.

Good flavor, lousy metal cap
Delicious flavor, medium viscosity. But the metal screw- off cap was made of very thin metal. It was more like thick aluminum foil. It bent when I tried to unscrew it and it cut my hand. I replaced it with a wine bottle rubber stopper.

Tasty addition to the pantry!
I’d never had pomegranate molasses before but had a grilled chicken recipe that called for it and sounded good. This was so good! There aren’t any substitutes that would give this particular flavor. We eat a lot of foods from different countries and traditions but this has a unique and delicious flavor that adds a nice twist to our usual, fairly wide array, of seasonings. I’d totally get this again and recommend it to others. It’s a great value. I’ve used it again for recipes I’ve made up and it’s always worked.Especially good on chicken and it’s a nice, smooth, syrupy thickness that’s perfect for brushing onto food while grilling or using in a dipping sauce. I’ve also put just a few drops of it on green beans or cooked carrots and it’s been delicious - especially when roasting carrots. I haven’t made salad dressing with it but there are recipes out there that do - it seems like it would be a good substitute for balsamic in a vinaigrette. It has a perfect balance of tart and sweet - like a cousin of a syrupy balsamic but not as acidic.
