I played a concert guitar for about 40 years. A couple of months ago i came over a youtube video on which David Gilmour performed „Whish you were here“. I wanted to play this song, but it did not sound authentic on my concert guitar. I thought about buying a Martin. I started to do researches about guitar sounds on YouTube. A Martin is still the non plus ultra you can get. But the difference between sound quality and price let me choose the Fender CD-60S. I think its the best guitar that you can buy for small money. The sound is still not a Martin but it comes close. I was sueprised when i first played it and happy that I did not spend 20 times more money for a Martin. Its very playable and has a low action. Very good for beginners. The sound is amazing. I am an amateur guitar player. When i become a professional i will buy a Martin fir sure. But by now i am very happy with my Fender.
