- The directions are in Asian Characters - no English translation- the paper towel roll in the picture is not of "American" length - the roll does fit but tightly - I expected a better fit- this came directly from China so I have no idea why the description says North KoreaHow to attach - you do peel the clear plastic off the back, then you press it firmly - what you Rotate to the right hand side to lock it in place is NOT the top part where you clip the plastic towel bar but the large round part behind that - it did turn easily and at the moment it is stickingwill update and increase starts if it actually stays on for any length of time ; )

Have had this for 6 weeks now. The handle part fell off once as I was putting a new giant paper towel roll in. I guess I might've put too much weight on it as I was shoving it in. It only took a few seconds to put it back in, so not a big deal. Suction has held up so far and everything works well, would recommend.

I wanted to hang the paper towel roll without putting holes, so it does its job. The only thing is, it tends to shift with use, so to keep it horizontal you'd have to re-adjust it. But that's a small concern for us.

To start the directions are not in English. That said it is pretty easy to install, stick to wall and turn what is supposed to be a suction cup from open to closed. I am pretty sure there is no suction just a bit of sticky on the back (which is why I wanted suction) It says on the wall for a few days then falls. Put it back up and repeat. It is attached to a flat, clean subway tile so no reason it should not suction well. Besides that it looks like the photo and a normal roll of paper towels fit on it. Now if it would just hold them up...

This item has been hanging on the tile wall of my bathroom for weeks! The suction is strong. It seems well-made. I wonder if I gave it a strong tug, if the plastic arm will break. It has not happened. I am so glad not to have to put holes in my tile in order to hand something for paper towels, which we use as hand towels. Thank you!

It's hard to put on. Overall it's ok. Does the job. Haven't fall yet. Think this is a little overprice though.

It is actually a good product for the price . It was easy to install , although instructions not in english but pictures are pretty easy to follow . Make sure to press the center hard once located on wall to get rid of air and then turn hard clockwise for sealing . it fit and holds a standard kitchen paper towel roll

I was leary about ordering this, but it turned out to be a great investment. I am in a rental house with little counter space so this worked great on the ceramic tile back splash. It has held up so far for two years now.
