The ONLY solution that worked for me
Where to begin? A completely stripped, rusty bolt was preventing me from continuing my repair work. This smartass decided it'd be a good idea to no use a center punch and proceed to drill a sideways, offset hole on the bolt at night time to try to extract it. Tried absolutely everything (including Speed Out, one of the most recommended options), drilling larger and larger holes to drill it out, everything. At some point I gave up and was about to bring it to my mechanic to solve this issue for me for an hour of labour.Decided to buy this Irwin screw/bolt extractor for an insanely low price. Too good to be true but what do I have to lose, right?Hammered one of the larger bits into my garbage offset, lopsided drilled hole. Grabbed a wrench, and adjusted it to the bit.Took the bolt out in 10 seconds.BUY THIS!

Worked great getting a stud out of a LS Head
Worked great with heat and using cutting fluid while drilling. Used a propane torch to heat the area, drilled a pilot hole then the size listed on the extractor going slow and using tap magic ($5 on Amazon), then tapped the extractor into the hole with a hammer, used a tap handle and slowly turned the broken stud out of the head.
