Tripod Plate for Blackmagic Design URSA Mini, URSA Mini Pro Shoulder Mount Kit and URSA Camera's

Seemed like a great middle ground in terms of price and quality. Lot of cheap knock offs that I wouldn't trust my camera on, but I also don't want to spend three hundred bucks for a simple plate adapter.Works great with my Ursa Mini. No wobbles, creaks, or anything else to shake my confidence in it. May buy another. 👌

This is a good plate. solid and the lightest of all the ones in Amazon... if you have never used one of this before make sure that when you are sitting the plate on the Quick-Release shoulder plate you pull both the black and the red safety release lever on the side all the way out at the same time. I fought with mine for 1/2 hr.

This didn’t fit the Blackmagic Ursa Shoulder kit properly. It get’s stuck.

This is the first time I have purchased a tripod plate. New camera so had to get one. Finish was good and I only have a nit with the red thumb lock release feeling flimsy. Camera took a lot of force to remove once mounted. Now that I have used it for about a week, it's easier to remove.

Really easy to detach and reattach.

When I first took this out on a shoot I thought it wasn't usable as it took a long time to get the shoulder mount of my camera safely in place, then once it was in place, it was hard to remove. I initally wrote it off as unusable, but after a bit more wrangling it turns out it just takes some breaking in. I think it's worth buying if you don't have the budget for a more expensive/better quality quick release VCT plate.
