complete garbage
This is a complete piece of garbage, it is held on by suction cups, within a few days the suction cups hold for about 1 hour at most. The fan and light are fine just not held up to the hatch. I have come to realize a can mechanically fasten the fan to the hatch and get what I need.I am not going to both with a claim, by the time I get threw with the legal traps I will have more into getting my money back that I paid for it.Best suggestion is just don't purchase

Not UV resistant. Costs way too much
Eventually this fan fell and the shock of the adhesive leashes catching it caused the brittle blades to snap off. Expensive and not worth it.

Not so good
The concept behind this product is great and the fan itself functions as described. Unfortunately the design is not very well executed. The suction cups holding the fan to the hatch come loose on a regular basis. The last time they failed the weight of the fan broke the pin clips which hold the safety straps allowing the fan to drop. As the only function of the pins and their brackets is to hold the fan and prevent it from falling I would say that they are poorly designed. Too bad as the fan and all of it's advertised functions works very well. The broken clips render the functioning fan useless.

No Parts available at all!!!
I really liked this fan until the suction cups let loose and the fan fell 4 feet to the floor breaking one of the five fan blades. I called Caframo and they said that they do not sell parts.... One louse fan blade and to replacement part.... what a shame! Caframo offered me a new one for $125.00 plus shipping.... I think I'll look elsewhere.
