For myself only single tab. with main day meal plus a probiotic (also from Amazon) in a glass full of water when feeling thirst sometime after the meal done away exhaustion, bloating , nerve and skeletal weakness.

Best available in the market right now, using it for quite a while and never faced any bloating or indigestion issue, which you can get from cheap brands. The profile is 99% on the point. Just that supply in foam of cards is difficult to manage, should supply in jar or bottle like other brands but maybe it's due to storage issues.
