Firm push-up support from undercarriage reduces discomfort
Like most folks I got this after surgery for better support. Jockstraps push down, ball hammock underwear that cradles underneath is good, but the best support was this item. The waist band adjusts on the left side with a bit of extra fabric to pad the plastic. The pouch is stretchy, soft, and tight mesh. Above it is an elastic band. The pouch itself (I got the small) isn’t the support, it’s the area behind it that slips under your sack that gives the support. That’s a more rigid, but comfortable strip of fabric that doesn’t stretch. Seems like the theory behind under-wire bras, and the support and lack of pain while healing is excellent. It only feels tight when the waist band is not level; I had a tendency to hike it up which is totally unnecessary. The plastic clasp has been solid for me, I don’t change the size once fitted and am not wearing much over it as I’m home recuperating. Yeah, it costs a bit more than a jock, but the lift up at the right spot makes it worth it to me.

Bad material and design
First of all, the sizing is based on cup size, not waist size. I knew this and orderd medium based on the recommendation in the product pictures (pool ball made sense). This thing is huge and fairly stretchy. I have big hands (closer to an average grapefruit) and this thing swallows my fist up with room to spare. Not sure if mine had a defect or if the manufacturer has never played billiards before (since that was the reference item in the picture for medium). You'd want a product like this to fix snugNext, the material. It's basically like a single layer of gauze or cheese cloth. And again, similar stretch.Hard pass. I don't think this could work for anyone. I thought about adding something like a sponge to buffer, but it would take a few and then it would still probably stretch too easily. Buy something else!

uncomfortable
I bought this during a very long case of epidimitis (probably spelled that incorrectly). I actually found this to be counter productive. The bottom of the support rolled up as there is really nothing to keep it from doing this and it just pressed against the areas that were inflamed and caused worse pain. I can't recommend this for active wear, it certainly won't work for that. Maybe for someone that is stuck in a chair most of the day or in bed. Even then its not great, the roll up is a constant problem.

Good support; fairly comfortable
I bought the support for post surgery protection. It fits nicely and is very comfortable but the bottom edge support is a little too rigid. It cuts a little too hard into the skin and gets a little uncomfortable in the sitting position. I would only give the discomfort a 3 out of 10.It supports very well; much better than a jock strap.

Provides the required restriction and support after vasectomy
This product provided outstanding support! I used this for days after a vasectomy. I needed the most restriction available and this product performed flawlessly. I the waist adjustment clasp gave me no problems.I put it on incorrectly my 1st couple of times. The support pouch must be pulled backward as far as possible to allow the complete scrotum to rest in the pouch. If not, the elastic will cause discomfort in the back of the scrotum.

Perfect for Baseball, Weights+Gym, Running, Basketball & Non-Contact Sports
A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in non-contact sports. It supports+protects your balls from shifting motion+torsion better than compression shorts or a traditional jock. Worn under shorts in weights+gym, cross-training, basketball, volleyball, rugby, running, soccer (if no jock+cup), track&field, all racquet sports. Under gear in baseball (all but catcher), wrestling, motor/mountain biking, climbing, yoga, cycling, spinning, pro-skateboarding, curling, skiing, snowboarding. Flexible waist adjusts easy, trim-off: excess length & small flap. Best fit: teens/adults = Small. Medium for looser fit or if you're above average.MEN'S SPORTS GEAR: Use a Fitbit to track progress. Under Armour Men's Tech Graphic Shorts, Nimenjoja Men’s (5.5") Cotton Sweat Shorts or Brokig Lightweight Gym Shorts. Manscaped shavers are popular with athletes/bodybuilders to keep chest clean-shaven & groin shaved or at least well-trimmed for hygiene, sports comfort. Wear a mouth guard & traditional jock+cup in hockey, football, baseball (catcher), boxing, lacrosse, MMA, soccer, but a Tonus Elast jock in non-contact sports. Machine-wash socks+jocks in warm water in small mesh laundry bag with zipper. Air-dry. Softens, 1st wash. Comfortable for sports, even to sleep. At times, sold-out. If active in sports, keep a couple extra gym shirts, socks & jocks in your locker.

Disappointed!
Very light weight, and very little support. Over priced, shouldn't cost over 8-10 dollars. Jockstrap would be better.
