Not specific to UK mini cooper S
I live in the UK, I have a UK mini, I went on Amazon.UK and ordered this manual for this vehicle. It arrived today. I opened the package. It has photos/pictures/diagrams that refer to either euro or usa versions of the vehicle which appear on the opposite side to my UK car, not helpful at all really. Furthermore, the quality of the manual is very poor, similar to that of a free telephone directory such as Thompon, the type they put through your door whether you want it or not. It has no colour. All the pages are weak black print on yellow/grey thin low grade paper. A Complete let down. Now have to wait 48 hours for the seller to aurtherise a return b efore I can start the return process. My advise s if you have a 2007 mini cooper s and want a user manual don't order this one!

Great repair and maintenance resource
As always with Haynes manuals - a fantastic resource for working on your car even if you’re not a professional mechanic. The books set out clearly how to do the job, how complex it is (so you can judge if you want to have a go or leave it to the professionals) and helps with any problem solving, repairs and maintenance.

Typical Haynes manual - good but not complete
When you order a Haynes manual you are doing it for the price, not for the accuracy of the content. I've done two jobs on my 2005 Mini Cooper using the manual for guidance and in both cases there were either inaccuracies or there was content missing. It is what it is - a suplement to forums, youtube and other online sources. If I wasn't so cheap I'd buy the Bentley manual - but this works out for the majority of DIY work.
