Ceramic Ramekins - 4oz Set of 6, Porcelain, Oven & Dishwasher Safe, Perfect for Souffles, Crme Brlees, Custards & Puddings, White

I've done a lot of cooking and baking during the pandemic. These ramekins have been used to bake individual pot pies as well as individual cheesecakes. I used for pudding and fresh fruit. I have also used to portion out spices and ingredients during baking preparation. They stack well in cabinet. My baked goods remained warm in ramekins from oven to table. I used olive oil spray and cups cleaned up easily. I warmed leftovers in microwave and cups were not too hot to handle. I froze baked items still in cup inside zip lock bags. We served ice cream and portioned salted nuts. Cups are very versatile and are practical and attractive for the hostess as well as everyday use. Will continue to order more of these ramekins for future gifts.

These are the best and I love that they’re black like our other dishes. I made a ricotta bake since I’m in the purée stage after bariatric surgery. These are the perfect portion size (well, they will be once I get to that point) and they’re easy to meal prep and stack in the freezer.

Perfect size for making crème brûlée. They are very high quality for the price.

Really good little dishes. Got them as sauce containers because the match my dishes. Had one fall from about a foot and a half and it broke. I know that's all on me but I feel like it should have survived but oh well. Overall great just be sure not to drop them.
