Great value in a pre-plumbed ready to drop in pump.Well made excellent reliable quality. The vertical float switch keeps the foot print small for smaller pits.My 12" pit has plenty of room for this to operate. It comes with 24 feet of discharge hose if you don't have hard piping so installation is your choice and easy.
