Bourbon-Vanille Paste

Though I had some trouble receiving this vanilla paste, the seller was really easy to work with. I'm glad I waited patiently, because it was worth it! Yum!!

I bake a lot and was looking to get some better quality than supermarkets vanilla extract or paste just to give it a goI don't know what I expected but for £13 but I thought that the flavour of vanilla will be more noticeable and it's gonna taste and smell better than regular brands at the supermarkets.How wrong I was! There is no flavour to it and I have no idea why this costs so much and why it received such a good reviews...the only positives would be packaging- a tube is a nice option and it's 100g.

A nice vanilla bean paste - matches up well compared to other vanilla pastes on the market.Flavour is nice and complex, forward sweet, bready and floral notes and lighter on the dark and spicy notes (still enough present to add richness)The squeeze container is handy for minimizing washing up of spoons and will hopefully keep the product fresher for longer by minimizing exposure to air.Value for money is not quite as good as what you might pay for a vanilla paste at a supermarket and I wouldn't say the flavor is any better but the convenience might make this a better product overall.

Really strong vanilla flavour. Fantastic value. Do NOT use vanilla extract if you can have this. It's a little bit bitter on its own but you're never going to eat it directly. Unbeatable.

Very intense vanilla+caramel taste, if tasted straight from the tube. No artificial aftertaste. Intense vanilla flavor when added to shakes. I haven't tried it in any batters or puddings yet. Being in a tube makes it easier to manipulate with minimum waste (as opposed to having it in a jar, for example).

Wonderful stuff....i use this product to create an exquisite vanilla latte with my delonghi magnifica coffee machine. It can also be used in ice cream.I can tell straight away with many vanilla products that they have never been near a vanilla pod... But with this you can see it in the foam in your coffee.. Bravo.
