Yes, I can stack the two boxes either way around so adding a second set on top would be fine.

What colours are included?

Hi there are 40 Brother colours included in this kit, you can use them on your Brother machine and you can find same Brother colour number and names on the spools.

Can this be used with English paper piecing?

I would say no. It is machine embroidery thread. If you value your EPP hard work then big NO.
