This has been a wonderful product so far! I don’t remember exactly when I bought this product but I think I have had it 6 months now. I started using it in my kitchen for a quick sweep. Didn’t intend to use it to wet mop. But it turns out, it does wet mop nicely too! The Velcro is strong and stays in place. It’s easy to remove and rinses well under the faucet. Washes nicely! But recently I discovered another great use for it. With kids we just couldn’t find time to wash walls in the last 7 years and with a wood stove ( I’m so embarrassed) we had soot the collected on our walls. We have plans to paint our walls this spring so we used the mop to wash our walls. Though it didn’t remove those spot stains which we didn’t expect anyway as it doesn’t come off with a magic sponge anyway. It did affectively clean our walls!! We pre-sprayed our walls with a cleaner and then went over it with the mop and rinsed the mop head and went over it again and it came out nice and clean! I feel good about it! I would buy another one of these in a heart beat and I am very likely to buy another mop head for this product too as backup so that I can swap them out as needed! Very happy with my purchase.Side note: I used to clean schools for a living and I have lots of experience running machinery and using “doodle bugs” to clean walls. Etc. alotbof the time when using these items, because of the plastic and at the pivot the plastic usually broke at the pivot. I was afraid to buy this product because of that but I did not have this issue yet and I really scrubbed with this mop too! It stood up to it just fine!

This dust mop is great! I've had others that broke easily, didn't really pick up much of the hair from all my pets and and wasnt wide enough to cover a large area at a time. I had had concerns about stairs and baseboards because other mops I had in the past had ends that bent, but this dust mop rotates easily. I've only had it a week, but I use it every day as I have 3 hairy dogs and a cat . It saves me from having to vacuum every day.The only thing I would change is that sometimes the mop head flips over and your on the wet mop side. I havent tried using the wet side since my main purpose is using the dry dust side.All in all I love this product! A must for pet family's!

The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is when I ordered this it showed up in my orders as a “Moth Trap.” So, I ordered a second thinking it was a glitch and fully intended on returning the moth trap. When I received the “Moth Trap” it was indeed the mop, which I LOVE. When I went to return the second “Moth Trap” it appears as non-returnable. After communicating with Amazon’s customer service they said it was the distributor’s rules for the product to be non-refundable. However, Amazon refunded me the money on the second mop.I love the mop. We have 2 dogs and 4 kids. It cleans all the mess left behind. I highly recommend this product, just don’t order two due to how it appears in the orders.

Several months ago I was in a local kitchen store and the salesman convinced me to try an "e-cloth" for my windows, mirrors and glass furniture. He told me that I could clean using the cloth and JUST WATER and get better results than I could with paper towels and windex. Much to my surprise he was 100% right!For the past few months I have been living in our guest house which was completely renovated and a true haven for me while I wait for summer to pass. Our guest house has a very pale gray/white porcelain tile covering the floors. When I clean the pale gray grout, there is a milky film left on the surrounding tile which requires another dose of water and rags to make the floor look spotless. I have been wishing that I could clean the floors as easily as I can clean the windows and mirrors with my ecloth. Fast forward to last weekend when I was at the OC fair and saw a man with a mop which is made of the same micro fiber. After his schpeel, I was tempted to lay out $40 + tax to take home his mop, but I thought I'd check with Amazon first, even though he "warned" me that his mop was $50 on Amazon. He was right...but there are other mops for sale on Amazon, doncha know?!I landed on this mop and noticed the metal handle, the two sides providing options to use different textures, and since it was $18 with no tax, I decided to try it. So far I am REALLY pleased! I squirt water on the floor and ONE or TWO swipes with this mop makes shoe marks, food stains, ANY stain disappear! Now when I get down and clean the grout, after I'm done, I squirt the surrounding tiles with a little water and use this mop to remove the residue left behind from my grout cleaning. It's a beautiful thing! I am very sensitive to smells. I don't like to inhale cleaners like windex or comet. To be able to clean with just water is something that really appeals to me. This mop gets the job done quickly and easily.
