Our eye shadows can be used wet or dry. When using the mineral eye shadows wet, dip your applicator brush into water and then into the desired powder. Apply to the eyelid. If an eyeliner is desired, dip the eyeliner brush into the water and then into the powder to create a liquid eyeliner.
