Great for exercising your hands and fingers when your guitar is out of reach. Strength training for your picking and fretting hands, the Power web provides great resistance for finger movement in any direction. It also builds up power in the wrist and forearm, all very necessary for flexibility and endurance. And it won't wake the neighbors!
