I have not used the book to stitch yet as I was awaiting Sashiko fabric from Japan. The feedback from those I shared the book with are positive.

I am new to this type of embroidery and I found this book an excellent resource. I am excited to start my first piece!

I whipped through the content available. Not impressive. Find a youtube video. I love Sashiko and have enjoyed doing my own patterns. Spend you money on thread and needles.

I have several sashiko books and even though this one is thin and not overloaded with projects...I love the drawings! I don’t use a template and I hand draw out my designs with a ruler and white colored pencil, so this book is so much more useful to me than some other books. Exactly what I wanted. Simple, short, and sweet...and it has drawing instructions for making the designs myself. Thank you!!

Just got this yesterday and looked through it. I'm just starting to do Sashiko and wanted to start out simple. Waiting on some thread to begin one of these fun projects.
