This running backpack comes with a bladder. It is easy to fill & light weight. It came with no instructions but after a short time ( and a bit of help from the picture on amazon) It was easy to figure out. Barely noticed any extra weigh. All round, good quality. Would recommend.

Wanted a backpack for mountain biking and this fits the bill. Enough room for essentials. Seems well made only time will tell.

These backpacks are fantastic.However, be careful if you go out in extreme cold weather because the water will freeze.But i used mine and lower altitudes and it was perfect.I would strongly recommend this quality product.
