When we lost power for 4 days, my husband got rid of his existing trio out of an abundance of caution. I bought these as a replacement and a bit of a surprise. He was happy to have his favorite spicy sauces back.

2nd update: The company has reached out to explain the ingredients and offered a replacement for the damaged shipment. This sauce is amazing and I'm a happy customer.Update: I decided to order the 80 oz bottle. It arrived in a paper envelope with the lid loose, the underlying seal soaked thru and lifted on one side, and some sauce leaked into the package. Not eligible for return. :(I'm conflicted on this review because this is some of the best sauce I've ever tasted. However, my wife is allergic to gluten and soy so I was looking for sauce to use on Korean Fried Chicken that she could eat. The listing in Amazon for the 12oz bottle did not show the ingredients. The listing for the 64oz bottle showed a picture where I could read the ingredients and it shows no soy and says Gluten Free. So I ordered the 12oz bottle. Note the ingredients listing on the 12oz bottle that I received. It contains soy and says may contain gluten. Why would the ingredients in the 12oz bottle be different? I feel a bit hoodwinked. Great sauce but if/when I use it again, I have to make two separate dinners.

Boy is this good, with a great depth of flavor given by the gochujang, but the price and almost complete lack of spice or pepper flavor drag it down from greatness. The price wouldn’t hurt so badly if one didn’t have to use so much in order to taste it alongside the food. Recommended to try once, but you may not be a repeat buyer.

Very tasty and not too hot. I think it’s going to be a great, versatile addition to the kitchen. Pretending I’m tasting wine - there’s a very flavorful opening with a hint of some fruit, and then the heat emerges, followed by a really wonderful meaty flavor. Definitely a hearty sauce, and since this is Sriracha we’re talking about, I must address the elephant in the room. This in my mind is not an alternative to that rooster brand, but stands firmly on its feet as a very different, equally wonderful and versatile flavor. I had an issue with a previous order and the company is hands down the most responsive seller on Amazon that I’ve experience in a few years. Looking forward to exploring their other offerings!

Spice level on this is barely perceptible. It’s more of a ketchup than a hot sauce. If you’re used to Huy Fong’s sriracha this is about 1/5 the spice level of that.Flavour is nice, it’s just not hot sauce, there’s nothing hot about it. Bottle is also quite small.

This sauce is one of the best I've ever tasted.

Great gift for stockings!

Honestly I don't normally write a review unless something phenomenal or egregious happens. This is the latter. This sauce is called "Weak Knees" and is branded "Super Spicy" yet I don't think a single hot pepper went into make this sauce. I'm not being facetious... maybe this is a bad batch... but ZERO SPICY be happening here. Furthermore, it is overwhelmingly insipid/lacking-flavor of any discernable kind.I don't hate on someone's product, especially a small Brooklyn kitchen that makes these, without a very good reason... but this sauce is the only thing that is "weak." False advertised. Seemingly complex yet has zero flavor (which actually is quite impressive TBH).
