Little Owl's Night

Sweet book but one sentence doesn't make sense
This is a sweet bedtime book - little owl is awake in the forest at night and sees lots of other animals. It's a board book which is good for small hands but not as "chew-proof" as others I've got. The biggest let down is one of the sentences doesn't make sense - I don't know how this got through quality checks: "Dewdrops sparkle on leaves and grass like tiny stars come down". I can say it differently when I read it but won't be any good once child can start to read.

The ending of this book is hauntingly beautiful - I read it to my 2 year old son over and over as much for myself as for him.As an added benefit, he now points to every Tripadvisor symbol posted at restaurants or other places and emphatically says 'Owl, Owl!' ;)

Beautiful story and pictures
This book is lovely. The story is very cute and peaceful for bedtime and the illustrations are just stunning. I think I love it more than my 2 year old!

Brilliant
Beautiful book, my 1 yr old is obsessed with it right now and wants it read twice now. Lovely and the writing is light so easier to see in a dim room!
