I love Nectar! These are the best hydration packets I've ever used bar none! It tastes good and it's not full of sugar. It's all natural and works great! I highly recommend this product.

We are really enjoying prioritizing our hydration. My daughter recently took them on an overnight. She said they were a real lifesaver after so little sleep. She said she felt the difference right away when she took them first thing in the morning.We appreciate the variety of flavors (very mild) and cost. I researched a lot of others and this was the best and more affordable. It also uses stevia instead of sugar. That was a big deal to me. So many others have sugar as a main ingredient.

I bought this for myself, my partner and my son who is a track athlete. We really enjoy the taste! It mixes with water very well. Very easy to drink with lil to no after taste. The price per unit is also very favorable. I have tried so many electrolyte products and so far this one ranks the highest.

I originally bought these and was thinking I could not take these from a doctor so it took me a while to try. It almost tastes like Gatorade. I recommend using the 16fl oz size, otherwise it can taste salty and bitter. The 30 day pack worked great. The package is easy to tear and it mixes pretty well, sometimes you have to let it sit in the water for a few minutes for some clumps to go away. It’s not gritty at all once mixed. I feel better after taking it and love that it’s all clean ingredients. And it’s sweetened with Stevia. It’s is a bit pricey but the product itself is good.

I started to experience serious toe and leg cramps at night. After seeing my PCP, she suggested adding more magnesium, potassium and calcium to my diet. After asking several questions, we decided that the lack of electrolytes were probably the problem. After trying several other products , I tried Nectar Essential Daily Hydration- Clean Ingredients, Zero Calories, Sugar Free and not to mention- Tastes great! Very refreshing and cramps have disappeared. 10/10

These are delicious with no msg headache. Very effective for hydration. Not as strong in flavor as other brands but I like the variety with no sugar added.

Ok, so I purchased this for my upcoming trip where my friend and I will be doing a lot of hiking. I purchased because there are no artificial colors or flavors, it’s non GMO, and it doesn’t have artificial sweetener. I got the tropical variety pack and tried the grape in order to write this review. It is a very light flavor. I agree with other reviewers that it is neither too sweet or too salty. I’d almost say it’s perfect except I was hoping the flavor would be a bit stronger. I do think that I will get used to the lightness in flavor and actually prefer it as I use it more.The only real criticism I have is that it is a challenge to fully dissolve the powder in very cold water. I found myself shaking the bottle quite a bit to get it to mix - but I suspect this is due to it being a more natural product with fewer ingredients, which I see as a positive.
