Perfect Sous Vide Accessory
This is the perfect sous vide accessory. I am using an Anova Precision Cooker and it fits perfectly. Before I bought the Perfect Sousvide I used a large pot, now I have a purpose built container. The insulation works great! The only drawback, if any is the size. It's a plus and a minus. I didn't realize how big 6.5 gallons was. Even filling the water to a minimum level is a lot of water for my Anova. It takes a while to heat up, probably because my heating element isn't quite up to it. Once the water got to temperature though I was able to get great results. Highly recommend buying.
