I started running again and had really bad shin splints. Not anymore.
My Starbucks (where I work) temporarily closed for a month and so I decided this would be a good opportunity to start running again. I thought I would be in good shape for it. I work 40 hours a week, always on my feet, and I also bike to work and back, which is about 40 miles a week for me but man, I was wrong. My shins, the posterior, were in so much pain. I thought they would go away from a week of running but they didn't. Mind you, I know better to run one day after another. I run one day for 20-30 minutes at a breathable pace, which for me is around 8m-8m 30s and then the next day I rest. I run 3 days a week, 4 tops, but still with a day of rest and eating well and getting plenty of water. After that first week I decided it was time to Google what I should be doing before it develops into a fracture. I did develop RLS (restless legs) during this time as well. I don't know if it's a coincidence or what, I just knew I had to make some changes. On top of stretching twice a day (once after working out and running and once more before bed. If I'm not exercising that day, once in the middle of the day and once more before bedtime), I also got these calve sleeves, knee sleeves and new gel shoe inserts. When I started my second week of running, the pain was nearly gone. By the end of the second week, the pain was just gone and my "restless legs" are also simmering down as well. The calve sleeves are absolutely amazing. I am right at the 15.5 mark so I decided to get the S/M size. Opening it up, I was nervous that they would be too small and too tight but putting them on, they're perfect. It's also great because they haven't lost its grip once. My calves do feel a lot better. I even wear them around the house to help with RLS and I also wear them while biking also. They're great and I've also washed and dried them already and they're still intact with no loss in grip. I don't understand why the overall star review is 4, it's easily a 5. I've already bought 2 more pairs to make sure I can replace them once every 2 days with the amount of running, biking and eventually, working I do.

We are beyond pleased. Thank you
I bought these for my 17 year old tap dancer. He has flat feet and shin splints. For YEARS we have been to physical therapy & orthopedic doctors and have only gotten some relief. Out of the blue he says, he wants to try these. I bought them & he loves the way his shins feel. He could dance back to back sets. I got back online today to order more. We are beyond pleased. Thank you.

Relieved Fatigue and Back Pain After a Very Short Time
I work in a field where I'm on my feet for oftentimes the better part of 9 or 10 hours and I had begun developing back problems associated with it. Upon purchasing and using these, I was at first a bit terrified to be wearing something so ungodly tight around my legs, but after merely a day or two I began to notice that my work-associated back pain was almost immediately gone. I've even noticed that when I forget to wear them for a few days, my legs are more fatigued and my back pain comes back after working several shifts. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who works long hours on their feet whether standing or walking.

Great brand, soft but secure fabric and price.
I've knew about compression socks for work but never knew about compression sleeves. I purchased two pairs of these compression sleeves and I wear a pair to bed, for me they help relieve the painful leg cramps I would get at night. During the day if I know that I'm going to have a very active day, I wear them. I also like the secure fit and fabic. I'm only 5' 7" so I do have to fold the bottom of the sleeves a little bit. So yes, I'm very happy with this brand, compression sleeves and the price.

Good Buy
This was the first time I ordered compression socks for jogging because my calves were in so much pain after running my new route. However, after wearing these, my calves did feel significantly better. They're basically tight socks. I didn't have any problem with it rolling down so far. The package came a day later than I needed but I think it was a usps delay. Overall decent buy and good price.

the pain was gone for the night I was moving fine with no notice of the soreness I had before
Okay, I normally never understood these things, and always viewed them as workout accessories. I recently pulled my one of my calve muscles and was informed to get these sleeves, although I only needed one. I put it on to wear around the house for feel, and to see how it looked. It was tight and just feeling it compress around my lower leg I did feel a difference. After walking my driveway (200 yards) back and forth a few times, and taking it off, the pain was gone for the night I was moving fine with no notice of the soreness I had before. Now I didn't expect the pain to stay away, so I brought it to work with me (Firefighter) and its making my mobility easier. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent for long flights!! Never travelling without them!
We just came back from 3 week trip through Europe. 11 hours of flying out there, 12 coming back. These were amazing, our feet didn't swell and made us very comfortable during our flights. Next year, we plan to fly the opposite direction, same distance if not a little more. These are a must have for us now. Get the right size, so measure first. They were perfectly fit, not too tight or too loose.

good buy
works as expected. Ordered the s/m for 15 1/4" calf circumference. the fit is great and the compression is adequate for my tired legs with a bit of varicosity. That said, these are not medical grade. the amount of compression (10, 15, 20 mmhg) is not on the packaging and I could not find it on Amazon. So If you need a reliable medical grade product, this is probably not for you.
