Fast shipper and arrived on time and safe packaging. The product I have not noticed that it has helped in anyway so far. So, I can't really say that I would buy it again since I have not noticed anything as far as an appetite suppressant.

Don't waist your money. I have been taking it for 5 days. Cons: I do not feel it has suppressed my appetite in any way. I think it may actually be making me hungrier. My stomach is growling 30 minutes after taking it first thing in the morning. I usually wait at least an hour before eating and I don't have near the hunger pains I am experiencing when taking these capsules. Pros: Did not experience any poor side effects.I only have 10 pounds to loose so I am not used to eating large meals and trying to shrink my stomach. I just doesn't work.

I did purchase this product and I did not get result in the first month and I was really disappointed, but I got offered 2 extra bottles to try and I did exercise and followed diet ( nothing crazy, just was aware of skipping carbs, bread, pasta, rice ), I did finally see a result in 3 months, 11 pounds down. I am very happy with this product and I think it helps with my metabolism and therefore I started loosing weight. I also tried keto and paleo diet in the past and had no result, but I think pure african mango is product, which helped to boost my metabolism and you should definitely try it.

it is 100% product & really does stop food cravings from stress, etc. Your body may need 7-10 days to get used to it, so be patient. As with most herbal meds, AFM helps to detox the system, so you may experience increased waste elimination. But it's all good, because the benefits are increased energy, weight loss & a better quality of sleep. Hope it works for you as well.

Not what I expected

This is my first time trying African Mango. I ordered the product from PureSpores late Tuesday night and by Thursday afternoon it was on my doorstep! This stuff really curbs your appetite! I've notiiced that I am not hungry at all and when I do eat I get full rather quickly. The bonus is there are no jitters or sleepless nights.

This is great. Does as promised. Want to reorder but price doubled.
