Q: I placed an order for these February 12th and have yet to receive my order. When will i be getting my order?

Same exact thing here, bought an order of these for my kids and I on Feb 12th, and have never received them. I did contact customer support and they just kept telling me they had no stock of them, and offered me a $5 Amazon gift card to back out of the order, but I refused. Still here waiting for the items they said they would have in stock to ship. You know that someone did something sketchy here because of the price gouging that is going on...would be nice to just get the items I ordered.
