Heavenly smell

Ok but not quite there
Doesn’t produce very much smoke. It is slow burning and the smell is a little off. Not sure if it’s pure copal or maybe another type of copal I’m not familiar with. But it does the job!

What is this
I’ve bought white copal before and it smelled amazing. I opened the bag and there was no scent whatsoever. I set it in the smouldering charcoal and it was downright awful. This stuff smells like burnt plastic! It beads up like burned plastic and the smoke is almost toxic. What is this stuff???
