Lawless (Long, Tall Texans Book 23)

Judd, I would just like to shake him... His and Christabel story I have enjoyed reading this book three times now.As alway Diana Palmer with her hard headed heroes are addicting to me. The characters and community draw you in each and every time with a Happy Ever After ending.I highly recommend this and all Diana Palmer Novels.I hope you will enjoy them as much as I.

I have rea this story before and one must seriously disregard the fashion flops and the usual banal phrases. I have said it before that I am a fan of this author I just wish she would change up the characters. Instead of a 35-38 year old man being hot for the barely 21 year old girl, let her be 26-28. In this day there are few 21 year old virgins. Get rid of the thick pelt of chest hair on the guy and I could bore you to death with suggestions. Finally I am hoping for some new and different stories, yup like that's gonna happen.

I am new to DP, but have read several in the past 2 months. This was one of her longer books, but still went at a quick pace. I enjoyed the joking nature of Christabel as well as the fact that she was not at all shy about her attraction to Judd and her desire to sleep with him. Even though she was inexperienced, she knew what she wanted! Sparks flew between Judd and Crissy and they didn't hold back during their love scenes. Very passionate! This is a book in which you will become very emotionally involved with the characters. It seemed to evoke more emotion to me than some of her other books. Great DP read!

While much of this book is written in the same style as all of Diana Palmer's other books, the heroine has more backbone to her and the hero isn't quite as overbearing. That said, there is something about this particular story and it is one of my very favorites out of all the Palmer books. I have read this many times and will probably read it many more.

This book has a great story line. At times tear jerking. A book that made it hard to put down.

I love the characters in this book. I love the relationships ythey have and the ones they build. I love how connectedly disconnected they are...... And how they wind up where they should be. Great read!

Honestly what can you say about any of her books.I have read about 10 of her books and I tried hard to ignore that all her books are the same and not to write a review but I have just got ask, WHY does Diane Palmer always make the heroine so gullible and forgiving? Why are all her books basically the same?Not going to write a long review but summary -Judd Dunn - hero of book, total jerk through entire bookChristabel 'Crissy' Gaines - heroine, strong female but gullible and too forgiving of Judd DunnCash Grier - secondary character, bit of a jerk himself but truly a good guy, in love with CrissyTippy Moore - secondary character, she had issues and she was a jerkSPOILER (but you know the outcome anyway)Crissy and Cash should have been a couple. They had good chemistry.Judd and Tippy should have been a couple. They deserved each other.

This was a fantastic book. I enjoyed it very much. I can’t wait to read the next one. Off to find it.

The H was to busy going around town with another woman, expending money he didn't have in a expensive ring while he forgets his wife's birthday! I really loved Cash Nd Christabel's relationship, finding him more deserving H. DP yet again goes overboard with her H's actions making him irredeemable in my eyes. Come on! He didn't even bother to go to any of the baby scans o my to find out in hospital she had twins. Oh yea! Couldn't even made it in time to be there on the delivery room....

And i have them all except "THE ONE" (which any true DP fan will know what I mean !!) I have been through 3 paperback copies of this book I have read it sooo often!Diana's discription of Judd in the first few pages have had me hooked ever since, i still want to hit him on occasions but heh I cut him a little slack !! I love the characters in here Chrissy, Judd, Cash I dont like the Georgia Firefly much though, It is well written with more than a little suspence thrown in you can read it by itself and it will still be a good read but if you like this type of story line then read a few more of her books arround it and you will get a much better picture of what is going on in Jacobsville.Go on jump in and visit you just might like the the characters you meet!!

Love dp books and am slowly building my collection.Once I started to read I couldn't help but read it all lol.Bring on the next one

The Romantic plot was predictalbe from the first page, at times boring and annoying. The story itself was good as well as the writing.Overall disappointing.
