Way too oily. Otherwise tasty.
Easy to heat and eat but way more oil than needed. Other than that, the eggplant tastes good.

I’m an eggplant, tomato, and onion fan, so this stuff is great! I just pull the tab and use crackers or chips to dip in and eat. I’ve tried several brands and this one is a favorite. Great size for a filling snack.
