Iron OUT Spray can be used to remove rust stains from carpeting, however, you should pretest first in a hidden area to determine the safety of using on each particular carpeting application, and if found safe to use, then please follow labeled directions.

Q: What is the active ingredient in this product?

No idea but I've used it for decades with no mask or gloves and no problems at all It seems like many people are illogically afraid of chemicals especially the crazies in California where everything causes cancer.

Q: How much to use in diswasher

Per labeled directions, add 1/2 cup of Iron OUT to EMPTY machine. Run machine through normal cycle using only water. Repeat as needed.

Q: Does this product work on rust stains in granite?

Yes. I have to let it soak for 25 hours in a bucket outside (it smell awful) but it works!!!!
