Would Buy again, Based on price, Based on Quality, Based on comfort
I'd say start off in your purchasing thoughts with what do you need a chair for, This is not a chair for you to stand on, many dumb people will stand on chairs that are not meant to be stood on. Mesh office chairs are not madeto be stood on. However Gaming or a general office chair, even at some kind of work station, this is the best choice. Both comfort and affordability. Why? Well Mesh seating prevents sores its easier on your skin and you WON'T OVERHEAT especially if you are sitting for long hours. Non Mesh seating and backing, can easily cause you to overheat and be uncomfortable. I have never had soooo much comfort in a chair in all the chairs i've owned over the years. I would definitely purchase this again, Just because of that level of comfort. Gaming chairs sometimes can make you overheat or feel hot, depending on the kind of chair.Pros and Cons. So, Only con I had gradually was the bolts, I am a person who puts their feet up sometimes on a high rest thiskind of body positioning if your getting out of your chair constantly and leaning back with a lot of weight, may over the years, i believe weaken the 3 bolts holding the back to the seat part, The bolts lasted years though, Support was contacted, when only a single bolt of them broke. But for the most part unless your very fat or a large human being, meaning 200 + lbs. Well you should be fine, unless your doing acrobats in your chair. My weight fluctuates but I am 160-190 lbs. So if your within this range or lower its a great chair.Other Con is not related to the chair but human beings being dumb, a chair that has say 4 legs, that has the frontand back of the arm often can support your body weight when readjusting, chairs like this one are NOT CONNECTED in this manner a friend shifted his weight once and almost damaged the arm, PEOPLE ARE NOT COMPREHENDING THAT THE ARMS OF MANY CHAIRS even some regular chairs are NOT made to support your full body weight if your shifting your weight its better on most chairs to use the seat part which is made to support your body weight to readjust. (hands on the edges of the seat) Me personally I can readjust with the arms and do but i am not putting my whole or even remotely close to my body weight on the arms.So 1. Don't be dumb if your going to buy this and break the arms, that ought to be common sense for most people, 2. DO NOT STAND ON A MESH CHAIR and damage, it. If your excessively obese, or 200+ lbs, you might want an extra pair of bolts after soo many years but I've had a friend who bought one of these chairs as my recommendation and the only reason he broke it was overweight and horsing around. My usage - infront of a desk at a computer, and often times i'll have my feet up while using my cintiq which is held off the desk over me by an ergotron arm, and i lean back feet up, and the arm rest is perfect for lazily using my stylus comfortably. Arm rest is just the right height for the arm with the stylus and against the monitor, will generally put the left arm up and use a wireless keyboard in my lap.Worth the money have had the chair like 4 years or so? No complaints, Seat and back support is very comfortableAnd for the price duration and stability, I could not have gotten a better deal from anyone else. Most mesh chairs that i've come across are incredible cheap quality and not soo durable or comfortable. and too pricey.

Solid mesh chair with good support - honest review - 1 year update
UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER**still an amazing chair for the price. going strong without any wear or tear. I use it daily. it did get a little squeaky at one point but I was able to fix that with some wd40. i feel bad for people who spend so much money on fancy mesh chairs when this one is really nice and for a reasonable price.---initial review:If you are someone who is skeptical of Amazon reviews then read this review. I was pretty skeptical to buy this because I've definitely bought 4-5 star products and been disappointed. However, this wasn't the case on this product. I will update this as time progresses.First impressions out of the box: good quality, looks built to last, and easy to assemble. Also looks nice (not why I bought it).If you have ever sat in a conference room with a fancy mesh chair and thought "hey this chair is pretty comfy and gives me some good support" then you'll feel the same here. I was hesitant to get the amazon-basic mesh chair because I have friends who said it isn't very comfortable so I decided to double down and buy this chair. On day 1 I'm very satisfied I bought it. It provides me with the exact support I was looking for at a reasonable price (I bought it like-new for around $125). The armrests are at a perfect height for me and the backrest cradles my shoulders well (5'6" 170lbs). As long as the mesh holds up I'll be happy. The only con I have so far: it makes a decently bothersome noise when rapidly going to a lean back position and then returning to upright position.

Cylinder replacement after 3 years
Very happy with this chair. After 3 years the cylinder began to fail and the chair would not stay at the height I preferred. Office Star was easy to work with as I simply filled out a warranty request and they were quick in providing a replacement within a week. Easy part to replace. Good as new.

Easy to Assemble and Comfortable to sit on. Great Value for the Money
I have had many chairs like this. This one was a good purchase. There are no weird noises or loose parts. There isn't a rocking motion when you sit down. The fold up arms are super important for my comfort as i flip them up and down multiple times a day depending on what i am doing and where i am sitting. I would buy this again. There are others that i would not. I would like a place on the chair for the tool to slide into or connect to in case i need to tighten something - built in tool holder/spot.

This chair almost left me a bloody Valentine!
Let me start by saying, I am currently writing this review on Valentines Day, hence the title of the review. Now with that out of the way, on to the review. I had this chair for about two weeks. I was very happy with it. I found it easy to put together, comfortable and provided much better back support than my previous chair. Everything was going great until tonight. I had just returned from getting a drink of water at the office and I sat back in my chair. As soon as I sat, the room went sideways, and I thought one of two things. Either my vertigo had returned, or the chair had somehow slipped out from under me, dumping me on to the floor. As I got myself together and looked down, I saw that the back of the chair completely snapped off the base (see pics). If you look on the pics, there are brass posts. These brass posts used to be fitted inside the holes of the back of the chair. This is where the chair base, and back bolt together. I guess when I sat down and leaned back into my seat, the brass posts snapped out of their holes and tore through the base. I am okay, and Amazon Customer Service was excellent in issuing a refund and return slip. The rep also was very concerned about my wellness. Nonetheless, I would only recommend the purchase of this chair to my worst enemies, or to someone who loves to flirt with danger. Do not buy!
