I dont think it will last long, might dry very soon. No doubt pigmentation is good but you have to press the stamp side too long to get a good press.

One of the eyeliners cap is broken and the packaging was damaged too and no ink for the stamping part

I love this eyeliner, it’s VERY durable and lasts all day, and the stamp is such a life saver for someone like me and NEVER gets matching wings. However, the only tiny gripe I have with it, it that it does transfer to the top of my eye socket where my eyelid folds. Which, to be fair makes the durability all the more impressive, but I’d rather it stay just where I drew it... still recommend though, it’s the best pen style eyeliner I’ve ever had.

The stamp is brilliant, you get 2 pens, one for each eye. It lasts all day and doesn’t smudge. So easy to apply. Just be careful when you pull the top off because when I did it, the other part came loose too and the cartridge flew out onto my knee. Luckily I was wearing a skirt so it just hit my skin and ended up with black legs!
