After installation of the air vent valve main product got damaged. I got huge loss

Used it for a pressure solar water heater. Worked like a charm. Needed some additional fittings to raise it little bit higher so that it stays over the top level of water tank. It increased the pressure of water coming out from solar water heater. PS: For V Guard water heater, use 3/4 inch valve. I purchased 1 inch, so I needed some reducers.

Not useful, More water wasted
Installed in solar water heater, it is OK for air / steam release, air lock issues solved, but new problem started, water dripping continuously during day. Finally the verdict is, this product is unsuitable for solar water heater.
